Ball Player’s Balm Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At Ball Player’s Balm, we place the highest value on the craftsmanship, formulation, presentation, and overall performance of every item we create. Each product is developed through a careful and deliberate process that includes research, testing, refinement, and quality control. As a result, we take great care to ensure that all merchandise shipped to our customers meets the standards we have set for consistency and reliability. This commitment to excellence extends well beyond the initial point of purchase and into every aspect of our customer experience.

Because of this, and due to the nature of the products we provide, we believe it is essential to clearly outline the parameters and expectations associated with returns, exchanges, refunds, and product issue reviews. Before continuing, we ask that all customers acknowledge and understand the guiding principles behind this policy: our products are designed for personal use; they are often sensitive to handling conditions; and many cannot be reconditioned, resold, or repackaged once they have left our facility. These factors introduce a range of operational and logistical complexities that require us to maintain a strict, clearly defined policy to protect both our customers and our ongoing operations.

All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review every part of this document to fully understand the guidelines and limitations that apply to refund and replacement eligibility.

Overview of Return and Exchange Eligibility
Ball Player’s Balm does not process standard returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. All purchases are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy. While we do not accept returns or exchanges as a routine practice, we do understand that exceptional situations may arise in which an item presents a legitimate issue that warrants review. Such circumstances may include product defects, manufacturer-related irregularities, or damage that can be verified as having occurred prior to delivery. These situations are uncommon, and any request for a refund or replacement based on such conditions will undergo a detailed, case-by-case evaluation process. Approval of any refund or replacement is not guaranteed and remains entirely at the discretion of Ball Player’s Balm.

Conditions and Procedures for Refund or Replacement Requests
To ensure clarity and consistency, all refund or replacement requests must follow the procedures listed below in their entirety:

  1. Timeframe for Submission
    All requests must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered, regardless of the circumstances, condition of the product, or reason for the delay.

  2. Method of Submission
    All refund or replacement requests must be submitted via email to contact@ballplayersbalm.com. Requests submitted through other communication channels—including, but not limited to, social media platforms, instant messaging services, personal messages, phone calls, or in-person discussions—will not be recognized as valid submissions. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their written request is sent to the appropriate email address.

  3. Required Documentation and Information
    Every request must include the following essential information:

    • Original order number

    • Date of purchase

    • Full name associated with the order

    • A detailed, written explanation of the product issue

    • Clear photographic or video evidence demonstrating the issue, if applicable

    Failure to provide complete information may result in delays, additional requests for clarification, or denial of the refund or replacement request.

  4. Evaluation Process
    Upon receiving a properly submitted request, Ball Player’s Balm will review all information provided. This evaluation may include, but is not limited to, comparison with internal product specifications, examination of product batch records, analysis of shipping conditions, and consultation with our quality assurance personnel. Requests may require additional customer information or follow-up communication before a final determination can be made.

  5. Return Shipping Responsibility and Refund Amount
    In the event that a return is authorized and accepted—which is not guaranteed under any circumstances—the customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned products must be shipped using a traceable method, and proof of shipment may be required.

    If a refund is approved following receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refunded amount will include only the original cost of the product. The refund will not include the original shipping cost, nor any associated delivery or handling fees. Additionally, all approved refunds will be reduced by a mandatory transaction processing fee equal to four percent (4%) of the product’s value, which reflects non‑recoverable payment processing costs incurred at the time of purchase.

  6. Final Decision and Communication
    All decisions regarding refunds, replacements, or denial of requests are made at the sole discretion of Ball Player’s Balm. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or request additional information for any request. All decisions are final.

Customer Acknowledgment and Agreement
By submitting a request for review under this policy, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this document. Customers also acknowledge that refund and replacement decisions are discretionary and that eligibility is not implied or guaranteed. We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their products upon arrival and to retain all packaging and documentation until they are fully satisfied with their purchase.
