Ball Player’s Balm Shipping Policy
At Ball Player’s Balm, we are fully committed to providing exceptional products and a reliable shipping experience to all customers, whether athletes, parents, coaches, or collectors. Because shipping is a critical component of the customer experience, it is essential that every customer thoroughly understands the terms, timelines, and responsibilities associated with the shipment of their orders. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the entirety of this shipping policy.
This policy is designed to establish clear expectations, outline all responsibilities, and prevent confusion or disputes regarding order processing, carrier responsibilities, international delivery considerations, address accuracy, seasonal shipping, and customer accountability. Please read carefully, as exceptions are rarely granted and all determinations made by Ball Player’s Balm are final.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Ball Player’s Balm processes orders Monday through Friday, and in most cases, on Saturdays as well. Orders are generally shipped within 1–3 business days, depending on order volume, seasonal demand, or other operational considerations. Customers are responsible for verifying that all order information—including shipping address, items, and quantities—is correct prior to completing checkout.

Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on the destination, package size, and service availability. All shipments default to standard ground shipping unless a customer selects Priority Shipping at checkout.

Canada, Japan, Australia: 3–10 business days
Please note that these are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, customs processing (for international shipments), weather events, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Ball Player’s Balm does not guarantee delivery dates.
PACKAGE RESPONSIBILITY
Once a package has been transferred to USPS or UPS, Ball Player’s Balm is no longer responsible for the package. This includes packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered. Customers should contact the carrier directly with the tracking information provided for any questions or issues.
If a package has not arrived within two weeks of the ship date, customers should contact Ball Player’s Balm at contact@ballplayersbalm.com for assistance in working with the carrier.
ADDRESS ACCURACY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Packages are shipped exactly as entered. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address, Ball Player’s Balm will resend the package, but the customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs.
HOLIDAY / CHRISTMAS SHIPPING SEASON (BEGINNING WEEK OF BLACK FRIDAY)
The holiday season presents unique challenges for shipping carriers due to high volume and supply chain constraints. While we make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas.
During this period:

Orders are shipped daily, Monday through Saturday.

Ball Player’s Balm strives to ship all orders within 1 business day of receipt; however, depending on order volume, processing may require additional time.

Customers are encouraged to place holiday orders as early as possible to avoid delays caused by carrier volume or unforeseen issues.
