we provide shipping to the usa (including Puerto Rico and Guam) as well as Canada,  using the usps or UPS.
 
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.  once your order is processed, it will be packed and shipped.  packages typically take 2-8 days to arrive in the usa and 3-10 days in canada. 
 
we ship monday-friday and occasionally on saturdays. 

We use the usps first class shipping option on Most orders, depending on weight and items ordered.  Some orders are shipped USPS priority due to the weight of the package, and some are shipped via UPS Ground due to the weight or the contents of the package. 

Once usps or ups is in possession of a package, we are no longer responsible for the package.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages or late arriving packages.  We do not guarantee when packages will arrive.

If there is a problem with shipping, you should contact the usps or ups with your tracking information to answer any questions.

There have been a few instances where tracking on usps website will say "In transit, arriving late".  If you see this message, the package will most likely arrive, but it could take up to 2 weeks.

If your package has not arrived within 2 weeks of ship date, please contact us via email and we will get it taken care of.

Review your shipping address before submitting your order.  We ship to the exact address you provide in your order.  If you enter the wrong address, and your package is not delivered, We will send you another package, however, you are responsible for paying the additional shipping costs.


Christmas Shipping Season
(beginning Nov 15)

This time of year comes with unique challenges for the shipping industry, especially during times where there is a shortage or backlog in the shipping/supply chain.

With this in mind, we want to make it clear that we do everything we can to get your packages shipped in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee packages will arrive by christmas.  

During this season, we are shipping orders daily Monday-Saturday in an effort to get packages to you as fast as possible.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for orders that do not arrive by christmas.
