we provide shipping to the usa (including Puerto Rico and Guam) as well as Canada and Japan,  using the usps or UPS.
 
Most orders will be shipped the next business day, however, if we experience high volume, it may take up to 2 business days for your order to ship.  packages typically take 2-5 business days to arrive in the usa and 3-10 business days in canada or Japan. 
 
we ship monday-friday and typically on saturdays as well. 

All orders are shipped standard ground, either USPS or UPS unless you purchase Priority Shipping.

Once usps or ups is in possession of a package, we are no longer responsible for the package.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages or late arriving packages.  We do not guarantee arrival dates.

If there is a problem with shipping, you should contact usps or ups with your tracking information to answer any questions.

If your package has not arrived within 2 weeks of ship date, please contact us via email and we will get it taken care of.

Review your shipping address before submitting your order.  We ship to the exact address you provide in your order.  If you enter the wrong address, and your package is not delivered, We will send you another package, however, you are responsible for paying the additional shipping costs.


Christmas Shipping Season
(beginning Week of Black Friday)


This time of year comes with unique challenges for the shipping industry, especially during times where there is a shortage or backlog in the shipping/supply chain.

With this in mind, we want to make it clear that we do everything we can to get your packages shipped in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee packages will arrive by christmas.  

During this season, we are shipping orders daily Monday-Saturday in an effort to get packages to you as fast as possible.

We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving them, but depending on order volume, this timeline could increase.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for orders that do not arrive by christmas.
